ELEMENTARY SCHOOLS PROGRAMS

All of the classes at Fitness Boomers attempt to coordinate breathing and physical movement, improve focus and concentration, and help participants regain control of their body and mind. MONTESSORI AND PRESCHOOL DAYCARE PROGRAMS
