Founded in 2016, we believe in living a life full of joy, gratitude, and free of judgement. These feelings inform and guide our core teachings and practices at Fitness Boomers, as we focus on helping children to better connect with themselves and their surroundings. We offer a variety of services, classes, workshops, and more to help all of our clients achieve healthier bodies and minds.

ELEMENTARY SCHOOLS PROGRAMS

This popular class is based on the belief that mental and physical health are interrelated, and should be conditioned together. All of the classes at Fitness Boomers attempt to coordinate breathing and physical movement, improve focus and concentration, and help participants regain control of their body and mind. Fun obstacle courses different theme each class, ultimate yoga challenges and meditation.

MONTESSORI AND PRESCHOOL DAYCARE PROGRAMS

Starting healthy lifestyle is very important and teaching them that at very young age is a must, through this part of the session your child will learn, Agility, Balance, Coordination and Strength training. Introduction to the basic components of fitness cardiovascular, endurance and strength. Motor skills development and enhancement. Sports skills. Fitness games.
